One night I was looking for a quick and easy meal that would be loaded with flavor. I reinvented a recipe to create this delicious casserole. It was such a big hit with the family, that there was none left after my hungry eaters finished. In less than an hours worth of cooking, I had a yummy meal sitting on my table. Pair it with some fresh fruit or salad for a quick, easy and scrumptious dinner.
