I love to try new recipes and also take an existing recipe and make it my own. That’s what happened when I created this recipe. I had extra buttermilk from another recipe and didn’t want it to go to waste. This seems to be a common problem when I buy buttermilk. After creating this recipe, there is no doubt what I will do with any extra buttermilk I have in the future. This is the creamiest and smoothest jello salad I have ever had. It felt like I was eating a decadent dessert. This was quick and easy and you are going to be the star of the show if you put this on your dinner table or if you bring it to a party. Indulge. You won’t be disappointed!

Sounds refreshing and delicious. Could you change up the fruits as well and flavor?
Yes indeed! If you change up the fruit, make sure that it is similar in size.
This is perfect for summer and I love the fact that it’s easy to make. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Jane. I bet it will be a new favorite.
