Serving a punch has become a real trademark for any party I host. If you want to know how this tradition started for me, read my blog post https://lifesramblingroad.com/pineapple-lemonade/. This past 4th of July, I was looking for a new punch to make and had a craving for something with grape; something different from the normal fruity flavors. So, I created this recipe and it was such a big hit that some of my family went to the store during our party to get more ingredients so I could make another batch. 🙂 When that happened I knew I had created a winner! Try this at your next party. Just a word to the wise, buy double ingredients just in case your first batch disappears as fast as mine did. 😉
Grape Lemonade Punch
Ingredients
- 2 pkg Grape Kool-Aid drink mix
- 2 cups Sugar
- 6 cups Water
- 1- 52oz Simply Lemonade juice
- 2 L 7up
Instructions
- Mix Kool-Aid, sugar and water together in your serving container. Stir until dissolved.
- Add the Simply Lemonade and Stir.
- Add the 7up. Stir.
I know my kids would sure go for this one! Great hot summer day treat, or a twist on the usual lemonade served at parties.
This was a hit with the young and old at our party. It sure struck a cord. Great flavor for those summer days.

Kool-Aid is an old stand-by in our house. Just made a pitcher of it the other day and the kids were like this is so good because they had not had it for a little while. Enjoy!
